Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role:

This is a strategic, hands-on role focused entirely on driving our end-to-end recruiting engine. You'll design and lead our talent acquisition strategy, build strong pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience for both consulting and internal roles. You’ll work closely with service line leaders and People Ops to forecast needs, align hiring plans with headcount goals, and maintain consistency in how we scope and evaluate talent.

You’ll also partner closely with People Operations to ensure a cohesive experience across the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Own:

Recruiting Strategy & Execution

  • Design and execute the recruiting strategy for all consulting and internal roles.
  • Partner with service line leaders and finance to anticipate needs and build headcount plans, role clarity, leveling, and interview structures.
  • Build strategic pipelines through proactive sourcing, referral programs, market mapping, and non-traditional channels.
  • Lead all aspects of sourcing strategy—from crafting outbound campaigns to managing candidate engagement and conversion.
  • Establish repeatable processes for role intake, structured interviews, candidate evaluation, and offer delivery.
  • Oversee recruiting tools (ATS), job postings, and contractor onboarding logistics.
  • Monitor pipeline health and proactively flag potential gaps or misalignment with growth plans.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, funnel conversion, source of hire) to guide improvements.
  • Partner with People Ops to ensure hiring plans align with leveling, compensation bands, and long-term org design.
  • Embed inclusive hiring practices and support a diverse, high-performing pipeline.

You Might Be a Fit If You Have:

  • 5–8+ years of talent acquisition experience in professional services, consulting, or project-based environments.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Rippling, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar ATS/recruiting platforms.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing nimbly in a remote, fast-paced team.

Bonus:
